• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• For health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, and books) and personal care products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
• Please include the Order number with your return package to ensure prompt processing.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
